We teach a simple but versatile sourdough recipe that can be used for loaves, bread rolls, baguette, pizza and more. We show you how to execute it correctly step by step, so the class will (hopefully) give you the confidence and necessary information to tackle sourdough bread baking at home and with great results. You will take home the various breads you bake in class, a live starter culture and recipe book.
This class includes a sourdough pizza dinner and complimentary refreshment.
