Classic Christmas Fruit Cake


Our classic Christmas Fruit Cake is a very dense, moist and fruity number, with a classic mix of raisins, sultanas, apricots, cranberries, currants and glacé cherries soaked in a blend of dark rum and brandy for 72 hours before baking. This cake tastes of Christmas. It keeps well unrefrigerated for a minimum of 6-8 weeks, or in the fridge for even longer. 

 Available from November 24th until December 24th.
