From our friends at Wholegrain Milling in NSW this flour comes from grains grown according to regenerative agriculture principles that prohibit the use of synthetic fertilisers, pesticides and herbicides on the crop. All flour is tested for residues of chemicals. We use this flour in most of our baking and can vouch for its great taste and consistent performance in bread baking
